Job Description

SENIOR QC ANALYSTS - Ruislip

  • Salary circa - £24 - £30k plus benefits
    • SyriMed Limited, part of B&S Group, are looking for a number of Senior QC Analysts to join a growing team based in our modern QC Laboratory at our prestigious Ruislip SiteYou will be working within a team of Pharmaceutical QC Analysts on the routine testing of mainly finished products (majority liquids), but there may be some raw materials, stability samples and investigational samples using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometer and autotitrator.Other duties will include but not be limited to· Preparation and Standardisation / Restandardisation of volumetric solutions· Calibration and handling of instruments like HPLC,GC, FTIR, Melting point and refractive index, Polarimeter and Karl Fischer.· To test and report results to GMP standards as per company SOP’s.· To calibrate and maintain equipment in the laboratories.· To write reports, SOPs and other documentation when required.· To maintain laboratories to GMP standards.To be considered you will need experience working in a QC laboratory, and be experienced in working to GMP. You will also need extensive experience working with analytical equipment, especially HPLC and GC.You will be used to working as part of a team in a busy laboratory, as well as managing your personal workload and adhering to strict timelines.Just a bit about us ….SyriMed Limited is one of the leading UK Pharmaceutical Companies specialising in the development, licensing, manufacture and marketing of liquid medicines.
