Job Description

National Accounts Manager (Healthcare / Pharmaceutical)Are you a driven and inspiring sales professional with national account management (NAM) experience gained within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors Do you aspire to work for a purposeful, growing brand where you can be part of a high-performing passionate teamThis exciting opportunity calls for an outstanding candidate to join on a permanent basis in the newly created role of National Account Manager for the Healthcare division. Delivering ambitious sales and profit targets and developing long term relationships with hospitals, laboratories, Trusts, Research facilities and Academic Institutions in the healthcare sector.Responsibilities

  • To grow selected speciality lines and develop New Product Lines in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing team by way of targeted approaches with referral influencers across all payor groups and internal audiences to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Support & Develop a targeted growth referral strategy with revenue targets for selected specialties and consultants which incorporates key audiences such as primary care, physiotherapists, local businesses and other target audiences
  • Develop key internal relationships to support the growth of the specialty and design and oversee the internal approach in day to day delivery
  • Working with corporate clients and SMEs to build tailored packages and innovative solutions as part of the specialty growth strategy
  • Report weekly on activity planned and previous week outcomes to the Senior Management Team.
  • Identify new business and services to support the growth of the specialty plan
  • Be innovative in providing solutions for Customers and key audiences that build brand loyalty
  • Evolve the core strategy around National Accounts to achieve referral targets and revenue capture
  • Gather and report back market intelligence
  • Use CRM systems to ensure effective account management all of key relationships with stakeholders
  • Essential Skills
  • A proven track record of Sales, Business Development/ GP Liaison in a Healthcare setting (NHS/ Private, Clinicians, Dental, Laboratories, Academic Institutions)
  • Extensive experience of national account management within Healthcare and PPE, including major customer exposure, bringing with you a sound understanding of how to influence and win in these sectors.
  • We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative without supervision and the ability to influence diverse sets of audiences.
  • You should have good numerical and analytical ability, strong prioritisation and time-management skills.
  • Proven experience of presenting to groups - GP’s, Consultants, businesses would be highly beneficial and demonstrable high level interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • The BenefitsSalary - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits + Performance BonusLocation - This role will require you to work in the Ruislip based office at least 3 days week with the opportunity to either work from home or be on the road meeting Clients alongside that.Contract Type - Permanent, Full Time Weekly Hours - 37.5 Required skills
