Are you an experienced head chefAre you looking to take the next step in your careerDo you thrive in a busy environmentIf you answer yes to these questions, then I have the perfect role for you.About your new employer:Based in Ruslip, Northwest of London the locally owned Pub have seen year on year growth and have become a ‘must dine ‘destination for amazing food and cocktails.The Role:As a head chef you will be fully responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen, whether that is writing and costing the next sessions exciting menu, running the pass on and plating for a 1000 covers or training the new chef you just hired. You will be a Head Chef that leads from the front and is an inspiration to your junior staff. You will train and develop a team of high functioning chefs. In return you will be paid a salary of up to £50k and there will be opportunities to grow and develop within the business in time.About You and Our Requirements.You will be an experienced head chef, used to being Hands on and working with up to 1000 covers per day. You will be able to remain calm when in the thick of service, be approachable to all members of staff and want the best for each and every guest that dies with you. You will have experience in menu writing, and the task that’s go hand in hand E>g costings, supplier negotiations and so forth. As mentioned about the salary will be up to the £50k mark for the right person.
