Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a self motivated individual to become part of a growing property business. Established for many years specialising in property management, the right candidate will have the opportunity to work within property management.This job is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in the property sector, with multiple opportunities to build on skills and knowledge in different areas. Experience in property is not required, as full training will be given, but the rightattitude and an eagerness to learn is vital.

  • £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
  • CV21, Rugby
  • Driving License ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Co-ordinating tradesmen and maintenance men on refurbishment projects
  • Conducting viewings of properties
  • Performing maintenance checks on recently vacated properties, and assessing and maintenance or decorative work required.
  • Ensuring properties meet the necessary standard to achieve projected market value. Inspecting tenanted properties for any maintenance required.
  • Calculating estimated material and labour costs of any proposed refurbishment/ maintenance.
  • Sourcing materials, furniture, decoration for refurbishment projects
The ideal candidate will be:
  • Self motivated and energetic
  • Strong timekeeping skills, and ability to stick to a schedule
  • Sociable, with great people skills
  • IT literate
  • Full UK driving licence
