Compliance Administrator0830 - 1700 Mon - Fri£24K p/yearFull Time - Temp 2 PermSTOP: PLEASE READ THE JOB - DONT JUST ASSUME ITS A TYPICAL ADMINISTRATORS ROLE.We are looking for a new office administrator who has worked within a compliance role for a busy manufacturing company in the Rugby area.This is an office-based role (sorry NO Hybrid) and one where you work within a small but close-knit team.Your main job will involve speaking to subcontractors, on boarding them, speaking to clients, ensuring all their compliance us up to date, booking training and managing expectations.Its a process driven role where you need to follow a process to the letter, keep accurate records, collaborate with others via phone (or teams) and ensure customers, suppliers are contracts are on the same page.Its Monday - Friday working 0830 - 1700 and a nice office role working with a busy company with a nice career ladder to climb.To be considered - you MUST have.

  • An administration background and someone who has worked specifically within a compliance role.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Confident on the phone or via teams.
  • Fully computer literate.
  • A person who is process driven and cares about the detail.
