SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a business based in Rugby Objective: To manage the operational side of the business by dealing with companys suppliers, distributors, business partners and end customers. Your responsibilities will be as follows: - Orders Processing (via SAP system) - To support a team of Technical Sales Managers - Ensure that all customer enquiries are dealt with in an accurate, timely, efficient, and professional manner - Work closely with a team of Regional Sales Managers to ensure the correct levels of communication flow through the business, from and to our customers - Improve processes and procedures in the Customer Service Desk - To ensure that data input into the SAP system is accurate, timely, and consistently maintained - Creation of master data into SAP system - Liaising with transport companies to organise collections from suppliers and deliveries direct to our customers - Claims for damaged goods - Liaising with supply chain contacts and monitoring deliveries - Able to multitask effectively by responding to emails as well as answering supplier, factory and customer calls and processing information on various systems - Monitoring the progress of orders by chasing and tracking - Taking payments from customers when required - Run sales analysis reports to the Sales Managers when required. - Check suppliers invoices and also support the finance team with companys expenses processing - CRM Required Skills - SAP Systems, users skills - CRM - Microsoft Office, mainly Word and Excel - Lotus Notes or Outlook - Organisational Skills - Customer Focused - Negotiation Skills - Communication Skills You will be expected to have a good level of education and be able to communicate in all levels. We are looking for candidates with a solid customer service background, knowledge of SAP and Microsoft. You must be able to demonstrate verbal and written communication skills, good administration and organisation skills and prioritise workload to adhere to set timescales and deadlines.
