Job Description

Light Assembly OperativeRugby (Central Park)£10.20 + OT0730 - 1600 Mon - Thur (0730 - 1230 on Fri)Full Time - Temp 2 PermWe are looking for experienced assembly operatives who can perform a light, delicate role within a busy engineering company in Rugby.This is a details role where you produce parts for the automotive and aerospace sector. This will involve you assembling small ceramics products by hand, using the tweezers, applying metallic coating, using a brush, and following simple drawings.There will be quality standards to follow, and you are encouraged to product minimum levels of scrap.To be considered - you need:

  • Experience doing light, delicate assembly.
  • Great eye for detail.
  • Dexterous, nimble fingers.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Someone who is local to Rugby - we are NOT interested in any re-locations.
This role offers you:
  • £10.20 p/hour + OT
  • 37 hours paid p/week.
