Job Description

Reed Education is proud to be working on behalf of a highly reputable day nursery located near Frankley. We are seeking an exceptional and highly qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic,and dedicated to providing young children with the best possible early years education and care to support their development.Key Requirements:

  • Early years/childcare Level 3 Qualification (or equivalent)
  • GCSE Maths & English C or above
  • Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS statutory framework
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding care and learning opportunities
  • Positive approach to professional development
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care and learning opportunities
  • Plan and implement activities to support the development of key children using the EYFS curriculum
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and professionals
  • Make accurate assessments of children during key stages of development
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures at the nursery and work within Child Protection Act, health and safety legislation, and guidelines set by Ofsted and National Standards
  • Work as part of a team and support other staff members and children in the nursery
