Job Description

Are you an experienced Sales Order Processor who also has exceptional customer service skills looking to join a vibrant, professional and growing businessOur client has continued to grow over the last 12 months and has a number of sites throughout the UK. The team are friendly, supportive and work collaboratively to service clients.This is the perfect role for someone with excellent administration and customer service skills.What’s in it for you

Your new role:
  • Processing all sales orders from start to finish.
  • Advising customers if incorrect products ordered and rectifying this.
  • Processing consumable orders.
  • Organising delivery and installation of products for customers.
  • Supporting service centre calls.
  • Ensuring all documentation is received from customers.
  • Providing regular updates to customers regarding order status.
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Strong administration skills are ESSNETIAL.
  • Previous sales order processing skills are desirable.
  • You will be passionate about customer service.
  • You MUST be able to work between 8am - 6pm (37.5hrs per week)
  • You will have excellent attention to detail.
