Job Description

Marketing Manager£30,000- £35,000 Per annumRowley RegisPermanent Reporting to Commercial Director, you will develop and deliver a robust Marketing and communications plan. You will be invested in to lead initiatives with both customers and suppliers, utilising a variety of techniques.Main Activities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the commercial director to define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the companys business goals and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Oversee and manage the brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Product Marketing: Develop and implement strategies for Internationals diverse range of products.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns. Creation of WhatsApp business account for communication of sales offers/incentives.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other collateral for external customers in co-ordination with Sales incentives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales and the functions to align marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Customer Management: Oversee brand reward programs across our top customers as well as our external partners and deliver performance spreadsheets.
  • Photography: Manage the imaging process of new products that arrive at the warehouse in collaboration with the operations department.
  • Market Insight management: review market insights and consider impacts on forecasts and pricing.
Knowledge & Experience
  • Marketing experience essential
  • Evidence of delivering a coordinated marketing plan to budget.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint*).
  • Photography
  • Proven Collaboration with Sales colleagues, customers and suppliers.
  • Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • Proficient marketing applications, including making presentations.
  • Proficient in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, WhatsApp.
