Murray Myers Recruitment are very pleased to be supporting this SME business based in Dudley with the recruitment of a Mobile Mechanical Engineer - full time permanent position.Work from home, onsite parking, company van.Due to increased growth, they are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer.THE ROLE:-The engineer will be required to work on a wide range of industrial bandsaw/circular sawing machine.Planned/unplanned maintenance.Routine Servicing.Breakdown and repairs.Fault finding diagnosis.Installation and commissioning.Operator training.Administration and reporting.The position requires travelling to customer sites and is based on a 40-hour week.EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:-Previous experience working with metal working machinery in mechanical or service role.Good understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Electrical knowledge desirable.Ability to understand technical drawings.Excellent customer service skills.Previous experience with spare parts and stock control.Well organised.Flexible approach to work, occasional overtime, and overnight stays.Full drivers license.I T literate.Ability to work independently.BENEFITS:-Salary £25,000 to £30,000.00 depending on experience.No out of hours or weekend calls.Company van, private use is permitted but classed as taxable benefit.Fuel cad.Private healthcare.Company Pension.Company Bonus.
