Job Description

Our client is a multi-million pound mechanical engineering business, who offers their services and products across the entire full UK.An exciting client account management role has become available that involves being the main contact for Service Support. You will be tasked with building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction once engineers have performed the necessary works.This growing and highly successful business supports a number of interesting key clients such as; South Yorkshire Police, NHS Hospitals, Academy Schools, Sheffield Council and Much More.Daily Duties:

  • The "Go to" person for all client account issues and queries
  • Handling and resolving all complaints
  • Answering and responding to any technical queries
  • Following up with clients to ensure they are happy with the performed work and services
  • Invoice disputes and KPIs and Data Reports
  • Ensuring service accounts are within profit
  • Putting accounts on stop if / when necessary
  • Visiting key clients and making sure they are happy with the service they are receiving
  • Resolving all issues and disputes that are escalated
  • Supporting the sales team where necessary to follow up on quotes
  • Complaint handling and resolving issues and technical matters
  • Keeping the companies database and systems organized and up to date with key information
  • Writing and responding to technical emails and letters
  • Planning work, engineers and resources to jobs
  • Liaising with service engineers when required
Person Specification:
  • Well organized , good admin and customer service skills
  • Someone who strives for customer satisfaction
  • Confident individual who is able to visit key clients and build relationships
  • Experience resolving issues via email, telephone and face to face in a professional manner
  • Mechanical knowledge or background would be beneficial
