Job Description

Are you an experienced RMN looking to support young people Do you have current or past experience working on an eating disorder or CAMHS unitPosition: RMN/RNLD or CAMHS nurse, with experience in CAMHS and/or Eating Disorder units. (Please note this role is Temporary Ad Hoc work).Client DetailsThe client has 20 years of proven results in supporting thousands of young people to recover from an eating disorder and pervasive arousal withdrawal (PAWS). They operate inpatient, annex units and schools across UK daily, helping young people ages 8-25overcome conditions with top support, shown in the CQC results rating "Good" across all of their UK sites.Description

  • Registered NMC pin (UK)
  • Rights to work in UK
  • Compliant in line with Michael Page COC.
  • Working on both a 1-2-1 with service users to support their specific recovery needs.
  • DBS cleared for adults and children.
  • Assessing, observing, and communicating with service users.
  • Building relationships with, reassuring, listening to and talking to residence.
ProfileThis eating disorder unit focuses on working with young people ages 8-25. Treating not only eating disorders, but pervasive arousal withdrawal (PAWS). The work you do will be making a huge impact on these young peoples future.Due to the nature of the role applicants will need to be comfortable working with young people, having previous experience within an eating disorder setting will also be sufficient.
