Job Description

Registered Manager (Home Care)£35K - £40KRotherhamPage 1 Recruitment are excited to be working in partnership with a well-established Homecare provider in South Yorkshire. Due to a continued period of growth, my client is currently on the lookout for a Registered Manager to join their team in Mexborough.About the roleReporting to the Head of care as the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing 4000+ hours of care a week.
  • Staff supervision and appraisals
  • Direct line management of 3 Care Coordinators + 1 Office-Based Field Care Supervisor
  • Ensuring that the highest standard of care is always provided.
  • Growing and building relationships with other health and social professionals, clients, local authorities, customers, and their families
  • Networking and identifying potential opportunities to strengthen relationships with business-critical individuals as well as new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring CQC regulations, company policies and practices are always maintained.
    • About You:
  • Experience working as Registered Manager within Homecare/Domiciliary Care
  • Experience overseeing 3000+ hours of care a week.
  • RMA or NVQ Level 5 (Or Equivalent)
  • Experienced leading, motivating and guiding a team.
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Knowledgeable around delivering a high standard of care.
  • Driver with a UK Driving Licence.
