Project Manager Role overview:The Project Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the business with focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of projects, including planning, budgeting, purchasing, overseeing and documenting all aspects of the projects
  • Effective liaison, support, assistance and cooperation with all members of the organization, its suppliers and customers
  • Ensure that the focus on enhancing customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Regular communication with site engineers and client to ensure the scope is being achieved within the expected quality, cost, timeframe and customer satisfaction
  • Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet financial aspects of the projects
  • Adhere to all organization policies and procedures
  • Reporting on monthly basis or as otherwise agreed
Qualifications, Skills, Training & Experience
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, project management or HR management
  • Proven experience in managerial role
  • Knowlesge of Power Generation and Electrics
  • Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project
  • Strong leadership, organisational and decision-making capabilities
  • Above average communication, collaboration and delegation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Full valid driving licence
