Job Description

Im exclusively working with a growing financial services business who are looking for a a Head of Bridging Loans to business develop for the group as well as specialising in bridging and commercial loans.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to put their broker contacts and networking relationships to use by winning new business and expanding on existing. If youre a dynamic individual and have a passion for driving sales and are looking for organicprogression then this is the role for you!What your duties will look like:

  • Managing a small Bridging and Commercial loans team of two initially, you will be expected to grow the existing client base and then in turn increase the headcount of the department
  • Work closely with the mortgage advisor to be able to give the client a tailored package on which broker would be best suited to them
  • Consistently generating new business and setting up new brokers to the database
  • Being pro active and building up strong client relationships
  • Informing clients about new products and interest rates
What experience you NEED to have:
  • Experience as a bridging loan broker-absolutely key
  • Confident in calling through to clients to expand on business development
  • Have previous experience managing a team and heading up a department
