Operations Manager Full timePermanent Salary - £35,000 - £40,000Fully office based - bramley, Rotherham Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5pmWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to support The Director and CEO for our client based in Rotherham. They are looking for that right-hand person to work closely with and flexibility is a must for the roleas they require someone on point at all times to help assist with the directors business and personal life. This role is suitable for someone who has a strong personality and isnt afraid to push back. Key Responsibilities:· Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls · Manage diaries and organising meetings and appointments · Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation · Organising events and conferences · Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines · Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence · Managing databases and filing systems · Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems · Liaising with suppliers and clients · Management of miscellaneous issues · Right-hand person to the Directors· Running errands - this may include shopping · Organise the Directors personal commitments including childcare · Reminding the Director of personal commitments · Pushing the Director for information · Assist with Whats App messages, calls from family members etcKey skills and experience:· 2yrs+ PA/ Executive Assistant Experience · Discretion and trustworthiness: You will often be party to confidential information · Flexibility and adaptability · Good oral and written communication skills · Organisational Skills and the ability to multi-task · The ability to be proactive and take the initiative · Tact and diplomacy · Good communication skills · A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required· Excellent interpersonal skills · Detail-orientated · Focused and responsive · Full driving licence is essential - the role does require travel to London occasionallyPlease note you will be required to pass an enhanced DBS for the role.Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
