Job Description

I am currently recruiting for an interim manager to work at my client, a popular charity based in Rotherham.

  • You will be responsible for the operational management of all the retail trading activity, helping with the delivery of targets for the year.
  • You will lead and motive all the staff, including some remote management and development.
  • You will be responsible for a number of outlet stores based around Rotherham and will be required to work at them when required as well as some homeworking too.
    • To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Be able to remote manage staff successfully
  • Be target driven and passionate about achieving financial goals
  • Have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • Have knowledge/experience of working in a charity (desirable)
