Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a highly successful company who are looking for an Installations Manager.A leading regional company this will be a critical management role reporting into the MD and taking responsibility for all site installations. The Installations Manager will be responsible for: - Ensuring that all work is planned and allocated to ensure successful delivery - Managing and supporting fit teams to ensure work is delivered to the required standards- Supporting the senior management team as the interface between site and head office- Ensuring best practice and all work is carried out safely- Working with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure appropriate materials and labour are available- Ensuring levels of customer service are maintainedThe Installations Manager will need: - A background in the installation of fenestration, conservatories or other such works- Relevant management experience such as site or project management- Excellent communication skills to get the best from the fit teams and liaise with senior leaders and customers- The ability to manage and prioritise workload and resources- A willingness to lead by exampleElevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist division within Elevation Recruitment Group; Specialising in the recruitment of Senior Projects; Design; Engineering positions Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
