Reed Business Support are proud to be representing a Global Engineering company in the search for a Customer Service Administrator. This company is renowned for the value it places on the training and development of its current employers and is the idealopportunity for somebody looking to commit themselves to a company long term and climb up the employment ladder.Benefits:Wage: £20,500 - £24,000 dependant on experienceHolidays: 26 days + Bank Holidays + Annual Birthday offPension: 5% Match2 schemes availableHours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pmFriday finish at 4:30pmResponsibilities: Creating new offers to customers for the supply of equipment and/or spare parts. Liaising with employees across the company. Revising expired offers. Launching orders. Ordering stock. Updating folders with documents. Dealing with other customers queries. Generating and keeping up to date active offers report (DRB008) in Business Objects SAP. Managing Stock Consignment Agreements. Collecting and checking monthly reports from the customers. Calculating stock for each client. Sending usage to be invoiced. Organising stock replenishment and updating JETs with new quantities. Preparing monthly analytical review.The right person for this role will: Be energetic. Have previous Customer Service experience. Have previous Administration experience. Be good with numbers. Have a can-do attitude. Be ready to get stuck into the role. Have confidence when conversing with others. Professional people skills. Give their all for the role.
