Key responsibilities will include:* Develop strategies and tactics to drive traffic and new customers* Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution* Writing and editing all marketing literature with ability to oversee the design and production for email marketing, social media, print and website, blogs, brochures, publicity- for both paid and organic* Event planning and management* Support the Marketing Manager to prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely* Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals* Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordinglyThis role requires a candidate who is creative at heart with a passion for marketing and understands customer centricity. In addition to these qualities, the successful candidate should possess the following attributes.* Minimum 1 year experience in marketing role* Qualified by degree or NVQ in marketing or related* Be proficient in the Adobe suite of products including In design, Photoshop and Premier Pro* Solid knowledge of Hubspot would be an advantage and the development of content driven marketing campaigns* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)* Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns* A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and communication
