  • To assist the Head teacher in managing and leading the school as a member of the Headship Team
  • Alongside role of assistant head teacher to teach Year 5 / 6 children 3 x days per week
  • Responsibility for SEND/Inclusion & Assessment
Milk Education are working in partnership with a Rotherham based Primary school to appoint an Assistant Head Teacher. The post will commence September 2021, full-time.As a newly developing senior leadership team this is a rare opportunity to progress up to Deputy Head teacher within a 12 month time frame, based on performance/outcomes.TheAssistant Head teacheris to be aprimary teacherwith experience across theprimaryage range; an experienced curriculum and teamleader, aleaderinteachingand learning in Key Stage 2,leaderof a core subject and a key person in curriculum development.Previous experience of Assistant head ship is ideal but not essential.Due to the senior level of this post the school welcomes visits of potential candidates to attend the school.
