Continuous Improvement EngineerRosyth / hybrid workingPermanent 42904Here at Babcock International Group in Rosyth we aim to deliver engineering-led and world-leading products and services across our Engineering, Specialised Manufacturing, Gas Handling Systems and Naval Marine business streamsDue to growth within our contracts we are now looking to bring on board a Continuous Improvement Engineer who will support delivery of complex projects across the Defence, Maritime & Nuclear industries,You will be responsible for leading the deployment of improvement projects, for training others and for providing technical expertise in Lean and Six Sigma, Project and Change Management principles and tools to enable identification and delivery of improvementopportunities aligned to key business goals.Who we are looking forWe are looking for an CI Engineer that has experience within delivery of improvement projects. We welcome applications from all industries including engineering, manufacturing, ICT. What will you be doingYour key responsibilities will include:* Leading local deployment of improvement strategy. Support delivery of business goals* Provide technical expertise to local teams.
