Area Project Manager Location: Rosyth/Kirkcaldy, Scotland, mobile covering a large patch, driving is essential£50-60k+ car packageThe CompanyOur client is in the top 1% of employers, with double Gold Investors in People accreditation. They are a Facilities Management and Infrastructure provider with a large number of contracts across the UK. Currently they are mobilising 2 Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service (RAMS) contracts as part of the MODs Future Defence Infrastructure Services (FDIS). The contracts include responsive and planned preventative maintenance as well as improvement andrefurbishment projects to approximately 25,000 homes. The roleWe are looking for a Area Project Manager leading the Area team in planning and delivering all Billable Works to meet all contract outputs of the Regional Accommodation Maintenance Services contract. As Area Project Manager you will manage the service delivery of all Billable Works in accordance with statutory legislation including MOD Mandatory requirements, complying with all Health and Safety and Environmental standards and policies. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to: * Maintain full ownership for all Billable Works activity within your Area. * Health, safety and environmental management, in accordance with Amey and Statutory standards * Establish and maintain a solid working relationship with the Area Manager, to ensure the core and billable works teams work collaboratively to provide a seamless service for the client and enhance the Lived Experience for the customer. * Weekly Area Performance Meeting with the client to ensure the planning and monitoring of service delivery is completed in a collaborative manner * Manage the Billable Works team to ensure that all works are completed to the required Amey, and Statutory standards, that relevant documentation is handed over in a timely manner upon completion * Ensure projects are closed out and all certification, warranties etc. are obtained and filed appropriately. Arrange and attend project completion wash-up meetings on project completion.
