Job Description

Position: KS2 Classroom Teacher (Year 4).Location: GreenwichSalary: £140-£200 daily.Contract Type: Full-time, PermanentCommencement Date: FebruaryAre you a passionate and dedicated educator with a flair for teaching Key Stage 2 studentsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a KS2 Classroom Teacher to join our enthusiastic team in the beautiful borough of Greenwich. GSL Education is currently seeking a Classroom Teacher for KS2 in one of our client primary schools in Greenwich.About the Role:As a KS2 Classroom Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the academic and personal growth of our older primary students. You will create dynamic and engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum, instilling a love of learning in eachchild. Your classroom will be a supportive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and encouraged.Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Excellence:Craft and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire, challenge, and meet the requirements of the national curriculum for Key Stage 2.
  • Student Development:Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and their parents to support their ongoing growth.
  • Collaborative Spirit:Collaborate effectively with fellow educators to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies, ensuring the best possible learning outcomes.
  • Differentiation:Tailor your teaching to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students can thrive.
  • Relationship Building:Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community, promoting a sense of belonging and cooperation.
Requirements:
  • Teaching Qualification:Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • KS2 Experience:Ideally, have experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
  • Curriculum Expertise:Possess a strong understanding of the national curriculum for KS2.
  • Communication Skills:Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for Education:Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and child development.
