This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start in a digital/online customer services/sales role.The team and operation are still in their infancy so there are prospects for growth & development within this team.Role responsibilities Web Sales Support Assistant: Retrieving and processing orders received by the websites, eBay & other sales platformsAnswering customer email and phone enquires (no cold calling involved) Supporting the sales process by solving customer needs Assisting with the creation and uploading of product data and images Assisting the samples department with picking, packing & despatch of sample orders and with the creation of display panels for photographic use to create digital contentPerson RequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA passion for customer services and communicating with the general public Keen to be part of an online team with an interest in online salesProactive approach to completing tasks in a timely manner Positive attitude with friendly and supportive nature Adaptable and a team player MS Excel skills and knowledge of html would be an advantage, but not essential Ability to multitask, work to deadlines in a fast-paced work environment, as well as independentlyExperience of working in a sales office preferred but not essential Attention to detail
