Do you have a background in account management Do you have experience working in recruitment/staffing roles Were recruiting an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager to join an established business services organisation based in the London Boroughs of Newhamand Havering.Our client is one of the fastest-growing Managed Service providers in the UK, helping customers to have access to the right people when they need them. As a Recruitment Account Manager, youll provide world-class service to customers, using purpose-built technologyto fulfil the customers recruitment needs. This position is focused on working with our clients social care customers, as such experience in the recruitment of Social Care Qualified roles is desirable.Responsibilities * Understand the customers requirements in depth and share this knowledge with the supply chain, to ensure the right quality of candidate is put forward* Hosting meetings with Social Care managers around fulfilment with their roles* Understanding of social care framework and compliance* Creating relationships with suppliers* Being able to understand requirements of social care needs and deliver timeframes within SLA periods* Helping to ensure off-contract spend is limited and brought on contract saving the client monies* Ensure that the details of your customers vacancies are up to date* Follow up to make sure timesheets are submitted and approved * Attend weekly and monthly customer meetings, providing operational overviews of service delivery performance* Provide training support to customers, to ensure they are using the technology effectively and efficiently* Answer customer queries via phone, email and live chat in a timely manner* Ensure that all candidates put forward for roles are compliant* Be committed to providing world-class service to your customersSkills and Experience* A background/experience in the recruitment of Social Care Qualified roles* Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to listen and interrogate customers to ensure full and proper understanding of their requirements* A good understanding of recruitment processes in Social care * Love to talk and be excellent at building relationships with people* Be comfortable working on your own, remotely* Be able to multi-task and have experience of dealing with a workload that fluctuates throughout the week and includes telephones, emails, face-to-face meetings and client SLAs* Have experience of MS Office and be tech savvy* Have a head for numbers and the ability to understand what the data is telling you* Be able to travel and work in both London boroughs of Newham and HaveringBenefits* Company laptop and mobile phone provided * Flexible working* 25 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays)* Online discounts platform for major retailers via Westfield Health* Cycle 2 Work Scheme* Discount Gym Membership* A strong sense of belonging and a great culture in a work-focused environment* Opportunities to progressDo you like the sound of this role If you have the skills and experience detailed above then we want to talk to you.
