Job Description

Insurance AgentLocation: Romford, EssexSalary: £23,000 per annum + Excellent benefitsWe are looking for an Insurance Agent to join the specialist motor insurance team of a successful company with offices in central Romford. You will have an interest in pursuing a career in insurance and a passion for building strong positiverelationships.This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with call handling or customer advising experience gained in any insurance environment.Duties of the role:

  • Handle telephone enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Filter the mailbox and ensure urgent enquiries are dealt with in good time.
  • Effectively respond to correspondence both internal and external.
  • Support with processing New Business and Renewals, ensuring all relevant logs are up to date and accurate.
  • Maintain diary of outstanding documentation and information for all policies
