Head of SEO /£45,000 - £60,000 / Romford (Essex)My client are a start-up digital marketing agency based in Essex that specialises in Search Engine Optimisation. They are looking to expand their small team to help deliver further their growth and they look to innovate within the SEO space. This is an excitingtime and a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing & knowledgeable company in an exciting industry. The Head of SEO role is perfect for someone who is looking to continue their growth within the digital marketing space. The role combines and both an internal and external focus. The internal focus requires you to manage and develop a growing team while developing their SEO process and procedures to allow the business to run smoothly. The external focus requires you to work with a range of existing customers and identifying potential new customers. Role & Responsibilities: Line manage and develop the wider SEO team through training Project manage larger pieces of work Support new business pitches and discovery calls Establish and maintain good relationships with other agency outlets Create SEO reports Build SEO strategies Keep up to date with digital marketing trends Implement SEO changes through a wide range of CMS platforms Use SEP tools such as SEM Rush, Google Analytics and Google Search Console Skills & ExperienceConfident communicator (written and verbal)Excellent customer service Business Development experience Strong SEO experience within an agency in an SEO led roleKnowledge and understanding of SEO tools Multitasking (managing various large projects)Package:£45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience)Flexible working hours (8:30am-5:00pm or 9am-5:30pm)Summer working hoursHybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)Sociable events (Christmas & Summer parties)Support & training throughout employment Free access to HeadspaceBusiness therapy support
