Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. Location: Romford, Essex.Salary / Benefits £22k - £35k + Training + BenefitsWe have an exciting opportunity for a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join an industry leading UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, who have a strong presence across the South East. The successful candidate will be providing the full range of asbestossurveying and analytical services including but not limited to 4 stage clearances, sampling of ACMs and management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across Industrial, Commercial, Domestic and Healthcare sites. For the successful candidate, our clientcan offer excellent training opportunities, overtime, company pension and excellent bonus scheme. The successful candidate will have good access to the M25 and the surrounding areas: Brentwood, Stanford-le-Hope, Rainham, Grays, Dartford, Gravesend, Chatham, Bromley, Croydon, Billericay, Basildon, Maidstone, Harlow, Cheshunt, St Albans, Hertford, BishopsStortford, Saffron Walden. Experience & Qualifications: " (Essential) BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent. " Experience working in a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. " Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of relevant HSG guidelines. " Confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. " Excellent communication and time management skills. The Role:" 4 stage clearances. " Smoke, background, leak, reassurance, re-occupation, and personal air testing. " Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys. " Sampling of ACMs." Correctly bagging and labelling samples prior to sending for analysis. " Undertaking visual inspections. " Providing clients with certificate of re-occupation. " Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of works. " Collecting information from site and using TEAMS / TRACKER system to produce detailed reports. " Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant HSG guidelines. " Liaising with clients, maintaining excellent rapport.
