Asbestos Surveyor£28,000 - £32,000 + BenefitsRomford, South EastSpecialist UKAS accredited Asbestos Surveying & Abatement Consultancy, is on the active lookout for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team. Our client provides comprehensive and fully UKAS accredited services in Asbestos Surveying and Asbestos Removal services nationally to a mixed portfolio of clients.Due to ongoing success, our client has an active need for a BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their team and work on a whole host of London based projects.Asbestos Surveyor Duties:

  • Conduct thorough, UKAS accredited and HSG guided Asbestos Management and R&D surveys on mainly residential properties
  • Submit comprehensive survey reports within agreed timeframes
  • Undertake bulk sampling to be taken in for analysis
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with the companys clients
    • A minimum of three years experience in asbestos surveying is required along with proven capability of carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys on domestic and commercial properties. You will have great verbal and written communication skills, with confidence of using Tablets/Laptops and TEAMS (or similar) software. You must be up to date with HSG: 264 guidelines.
