Job Description

We are currently looking for a Junior Systems Analyst undertaking analysis, testing and implementation services on medium complexity business critical IT Systems. Typically, this will include identifying data appropriate for migration and consequently defininga migration strategy. This role offers Hybrid working and will require individuals to be commutable to either Newport or Stevenage as and when meetings arise.What youll be doing:

  • Defining scope and deliverables for assignment and ensuring it is delivered in accordance with agreed scope, time, financial and quality measures.
  • Ensuring effective client engagement and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure risk management plans are in place and reviews are carried out as needed.
  • Supporting the development of intellectual property including methods, approaches, and capability development programmes to support creation of and renewal of generic business propositions.
What youll bring:
  • Technical understanding and a knowledge of IT/Computer systems
  • Knowledge of ITSM Migration projects
  • Experience with System Requirements Document development
It would be great if you had:
  • Experience with BMC Remedy
