Job Description

We are a dynamic facilities management company who is looking to employ a passionate and experienced Business Development Executive. Hours of work may vary but there is a minimum requirement of 40 per week. Applicants must be flexible but in time, you may be able to complete this role on a hybrid basisThe successful candidate will play a key role in delivering our future growth by;
  • Maintaining and expanding a varied network of contacts allowing you to consistently generate opportunities for new business. You will develop relationships with existing clients as well as seek out new business opportunities to meet the agreed targets.
  • Leading the production of innovative, quality focussed tender documentation and presentations including PQQs, ITTs and Service Proposals
  • Preparing and delivering all aspects of the strategic sales process including but not limited to; awareness campaigns, presentations, exhibitions and creation of general marketing information.
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of market trends including client and competitor activity and industry innovations.
  • Actively contribute towards the successful delivery of the business plan.
  • Maintaining the CRM system (Clik) with the latest information.
  • Preparing a thorough hand-over to operational departments once each contract is secured to ensure a World Class Service is maintained.
  • Create and deliver social media and marketing campaigns
The successful candidate will;
  • Have a proven track record of generating revenue through new sales prospecting and client development in the Facilities Management sector. A minimum of 5 years is preferred.
  • Have a wide range of contacts and potential leads.
  • Have extensive experience within the sector to include knowledge of the latest industry developments and innovations.
  • Have excellent commercial awareness to include ROI models, margin analysis & cost justification.
  • Have experience with CRM (clik) and other industry specific systems.
  • Be target driven.
  • Be highly motivated, positive and willing to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Have a quality focussed mindset that allows them to go the extra mile
  • Be able to drive
