Job Description

Evolve is recruiting for a rapidly expanding Medical Devices organisation. As part of their growth, our client is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join their team covering the South Wales, Oxford & Gloucester territory. This role offers candidatesa rare opportunity to continue to shape a new market and to change clinical practice in the UK. As the Account Manager you will drive new revenue growth for their Soft Tissue & Orthopaedics business through targeting new customer conversions, expansion & usagethrough both the current customer base & your existing network.Ideal requirements:

  • You must have experience in the Orthopaedics market.
  • Commercial selling experience or evidence of being able to commercially engage would be very beneficial
  • Candidates will be considered who are based anywhere on this territory.
Role responsibilities:
  • Research, develop and implement the company strategy to drive sales growth for both brands in Orthopaedics (lower limb, trauma & arthroplasty revision) and soft tissue having an excellent understanding of surgical and soft tissue infection and its relatedissues.
  • Conduct training on products, both in 1-2-1 and group settings (normally up to 35 clinicians) in either theatre or multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure clinicians are competent & can operate independently
  • Ensure up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast are fully shared through the CRM platform/requirements
  • Encourage clinicians to contribute their data for case studies/regulatory & to present where appropriate
  • Contribute/attend relevant meetings and conferences/exhibitions as required.
