Software DeveloperSittingbourne & Work from Home. Salary £25k - £35kThe dev team are mainly working remotely, only coming into the office ad hoc for larger meetings, currently maybe once or twice a month depending on the projects. Some of the team do go in a couple of days a week, but most are mainly remote.We are looking for a Software Developer to join this leading MarTech company delivering CRM and marketing solutions to help businesses increase productivity, enhance efficiency, and track sales and marketing pipelines. They work with some of the UKs best-knownto overcome genuinely challenging marketing problems.They produce various web products, such as eCommerce sites and registration systems, and windows products, such as data mining tools, which tie into our award winning marketing software, and various web and windows based applications.THE ROLEReporting to the Development Manager, and working within a team of ten, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the software products, which includes web applications and their award winning CRM product.They are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic developer who will look for clever and efficient solutions to programming problems. At all times you will ensure that best practices are followedIt is expected that you will have a very good understanding of the .NET framework.Key Responsibilities

• Development of new and current web applications using .NET framework.
• Maintenance and creation of new features and functionality of current software applications.
• Integrating with 3rd Party solutions, APIs, Payment Processors, etc
• Identification and resolution of bugs
• Ensuring .NET & web best practices are followed

We offer paid holiday of 20 days in the first year rising to 25 in subsequent years. We also offer a contributory pension.
