Job Description

THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners are working with a leading manufacturer for a Senior Estimator. The company have experienced substantial growth in the last 6 months and can offer a stable environment even in the current climate.THE JOB:The Senior Sales Estimator will support and manage the a team of sales estimators. This role will prepare estimations of work by gathering specifications, proposals, material costs and labour.

  • Managing the sales estimation team
  • Offer advice and guidance to customers and deliver excellent customer service
  • Analyse drawings, specifications and other documentation to prepare estimates
  • Use a CRM system to record accurate estimations
  • Work to strict deadlines
  • Deliver excellent customer service, provide status updates internally and externally and manage multiple projects
  • Work with internal teams to ensure the business achieve KPIs and sales targets
    • THE PERSON:
  • Experience within the construction is essential
  • Wealth of experience working within a similar role
  • Good at building working relationships
  • Practical approach to work and problems
  • Ability to understand drawings and plans
