Job Description

Marketing & Ecommerce Executive BackgroundOur client is a well established family run business within the FMCG industry, working with a number of the worlds biggest brands across the UK and globally.The business is enjoying a period of significant growth with turnover now in excess of £60m. Due to this they are looking to expand their team and have exciting opportunities going forward!What to expect

  • Manage the execution of multiple supplier marketing plans, from design through to execution and reporting on effectiveness
  • Manage and optimise our e-commerce platform alongside a team of experienced category managers
  • Create bespoke marketing materials in line with brand guidelines
  • Manage customer email database and customer communications (both B2B & B2C)
  • Work collaboratively with the category managers to drive sales and promotional activity across our e-commerce platform
  • Monitor and report on the success of all marketing campaigns both internally and externally
  • Execute a digital marketing plan to capitalise on key retail moments throughout the year
  • Influence colleagues to ensure all key marketing deadlines are met
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders at blue chip FMCG companies to ensure timely asset delivery
Skills RequiredEssential:
  • Graphic Design Experience
  • Ability to write copy for both trade and consumer audiences
  • Experience working with Magento e-commerce platforms
  • Social Media content creation and publishing experience
  • 2 years experience working in marketing & e-commerce environment
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office suite
  • Problem solving mentality
  • Excellent numerical skills & ability to analyse data
Desired:

  • Knowledge of FMCG industry & traditional UK grocery categories
