Job Description

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will prepare estimations of work by gathering specifications, proposals, material costs and labour. The role will include building relationships with clients whilst promoting business products and services to maximisesale opportunities.Client DetailsOur client is a expanding Retail business with a fast growing presence in the market.   • Provide a quality and timely estimating service to customers based on their needs and budget
  • Achieve KPIs and sales targets
  • Ensure company internal system is up to date
  • Maintain accurate records of documents
  • Offer advice and guidance to customers and deliver excellent customer service
ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will be;
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new skills
Job OfferIn return, our client can offer;
