Job Description

We are looking for a Catering Manager to work on a temporary basis in the Rochdale area.We are recruiting for an experienced Catering Manager to work for our client in the Rochdale area on a temporary basis.As an experienced Catering Manager you will have good demonstrable knowledge of IOSH, HACCP, COSHH, food allergies and food safety legislation and practices which will enable you to run the kitchen in a safe and efficient manner.As a catering manager you will:

  • Run the kitchen and supervise the team
  • Work alongside the kitchen team to keep the kitchen clean and tidy
  • Prepare lunches
  • Manage stock levels including stock rotation and ordering
  • Use a computer for ordering, raising purchase orders and communicating with other departments
  • Maintain a positive and professional manner at all times
  • Work 5 days a week
  • Be paid £10.50 per hour
  • Work Monday to Friday 7.30am - 2pm
