Job Description

Our client is looking for a Structuring Analyst to join the Sales team in Rocester. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of executing their five-year growth plans by delivering on developing company Sales SAP systems for ordering and procurementof product. Support the launch and ongoing maintenance of a new SAP project.Main Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Setting an example in the team by developing best practice working methods and developing systems
  • Coordinating larger projects such as the introduction of a Product range within SAP
  • Support training activity and deliverables required for the wider team on Product Structuring items
  • Generating SOP and Training material for product related SAP business workflows
  • Supporting data migration activities
  • Project management and maintenance of translation of company Sales Codes descriptions
  • Supporting New Product Introduction with creation of company Sales Codes, whilst administering Variant Configuration and supporting the Product team, specifically for the Access and Power business unit growth
  • Work closely with Operational and Engineering teams including sales specials and capturing new product structuring requirements
  • You will provide excellent customer service to our dealer network with actioning and managing queries on order raising through SAP
  • Help manage Engineering, Operational and Sales data within SAP including business partners
  • Processing changes on behalf of the Product team, for new features, options and growth
Preferred Systems Experience:
  • Excel / Word
  • SAP
  • SAP (S4/HANNA)
  • JRP systems
  • Data Analysis
About you:
  • Youll have a sense of positivity to keep learning, keep delivering great ideas and keep developing
  • Good communication skills, including delivery of presentations
  • Will possess high levels of energy, motivation, drive and commitment; have a resilient nature and a strong desire to succeed within a wider team
  • You will have worked in the UK for a minimum of two years and have the necessary permits to work
  • Ideally you will have gained experience within a manufacturing environment, however other industry sectors will be considered
Hours:
  • 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday / 8.30am - 4pm Friday
