Job Description

Business Services Coordinator£26,000 - £32,000 DOEFull Time - Rocester (hybrid basis)Do you have admin experience dealing with new business proposalsAre you accurate and have excellent attention to detailHave you worked within financial services, banking, customer service or complianceWe have a vacancy for a full-time Business Services Coordinator within a Business Services Team, responsible for providing varied admin support, working with people at all levels of our business, including contact with our dealer and customer networks. After successful completion of the training period, hybrid working is available; up to 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office (option to work 5 office days if preferred). Key Duties:

  • Co-ordinating administration for new business proposals up to point of pay out.
  • Administration and data input.
  • Maintaining up-to-date, accurate computerised records and databases using bespoke programs.
  • Supporting our AML/Fraud checking requirements including using anti-fraud tools and ensuring customer account onboarding is in line with Regulation and company policy.
  • Daily interaction and effective team working with Sales, Credit Risk and Recoveries teams.
  • Co-ordinating administration relating to stock funding, to help ensure supply to the UK dealer network.
  • Processing new business transactions in accordance with company policy, governance framework and Regulation.
Knowledge and Experience requirements:
  • Good administration skills, accurate.
  • Data inputting and use of Microsoft programs. Training will be provided in the use of bespoke finance software.
  • Confident, effective communicator – by phone, in writing and in person.
  • Previous experience of working with processes and legislation relating to the FCA, Anti-Money Laundering, and Data Protection is helpful.
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C/5 or above, including Maths and English as minimum. 2 A-levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above, preferred.
