Leasing Administration Coordinator (Hybrid)

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Leasing Administration Coordinator to join them in Uttoxeter, on a permanent basis. The role would suit candidates with previous customer service experience, within the financial services sector.

  • Calculating early lease termination figures.
  • Responsibility for the lease maturity notification process to customers and dealers.
  • Following up with customers, dealers, and the companys sales team in relation to lease maturities, disposals, and extensions.
  • Liaising with other members of the Asset Management Team to arrange asset inspections.
  • Preparing disposal invoices, continuing period rental invoices, extension and assignment documentation
  • Monitoring operating hours of the company machines using GPS technology.
  • Assisting with asset quality complaints received from customers
  • Compliance with company policy and training requirements including Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection Act, Treating Customers Fairly etc - training will be provided
Person Specification:
  • Excellent customer service - minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
  • Good all round communication skills - in writing, by phone and in person.
  • Accurate and thorough with good key-boarding skills.
  • Personable, confident, and efficient.
  • Good sense of humour, team worker and able to work under pressure.
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum - GCSE (or equivalent) grade C in English and Maths - higher education or finance industry qualifications an advantage. Full driving licence.
