Working for one of the UKs most recognised brands, this is an interesting and challenging role, working at the Headquarters to support a major project, implementing SAP.The roles are on a temporary or fixed term contract basis from 3 to 12 months in length and will be working within busy teams in purchasing, planning and finance.The aim of the role is to ensure all information on the system is correct in order to minimise invoice queries and backlogs and generally improve the efficiency and accuracy of the data to aid all operations.You will be entering and manipulating data and investigating queries such as price or invoice differences which may involve talking to suppliers and liaising with internal departments so good communication skills are necessary.The main requirements are good, strong administrative skills together with proficient IT skills particularly on Excel and a willingness to complete a task from start to finish.A generous rate of pay is on offer and for the right candidates, permanent opportunities may arise as a result of these roles.Applications will also be invited from candidates looking for work on a short term basis, such as graduates seeking work whilst working towards their chosen career.
