Job Description

A growing business within the packaging industry is looking for an Internal Sales Support in Derby. Since they started in 2002, they have grown to become a trusted and reliable packaging partner to many customers. With 20,000 square feet of operationalfactory space and a dedicated team of focussed, passionate, and knowledgeable staff, they provide first-rate product packaging that sells.As Internal Sales Support, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to all customer pricing enquiries
  • Being point of contact for suppliers, customers, sales, and production teamsrelating to all enquiries and quote requests.
  • Ensuring effective coordination and distributionor information both internally and externally
  • Supporting to customers and sales team as needed.
  • Building and maintaining relationship with suppliers of all production materials, ancillaries, and tools.
  • Ensuring the accuracy for costing estimations
  • Managing the administration of customer product and price lists
We are looking for an Internal Sales Support who has the following skills and experiences:
  • Customer service skills for pleasant and productive customer interactions
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy, including confident use of customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Data entry skills for accurately updating customer records
  • Organisation skills
  • Conflict resolution skills for dealing with challenging customers
  • Good Level of Education
