THE LOCATION Rickmansworth area / car driverTHE ROLEPA/ Team Administratorsalary £35k /£36k to excellent bens, pension, free parking plus bonus - HYBRIDTo provide the highest level of PA/ Team Admin to Head of Operations and TeamThe role holder will have a high level of professional discretion, tact and integrity due to the frequency of senior level internal and external contacts and regular exposure to confidential data. The role holder will also demonstrate a high level of initiative as they will work both with internal /external stakeholders Must have worked in a similar role recently key skills

Previous support to Director Level 1:1 and Team,
Ideally worked within a processed driven organisation
Previous travel, meeting, event, conference management, attending meetings - note-taking
Experience of managing expenses, invoices and general admin
Experience of working with JD Edwards database desirable
Management of financial budgets & raising PO numbers
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience of creating Presentations
you must be able to commute to Rickmansworth area/ car driver
