THE LOCATION close to Rickmansworth / Denham / car driverTHE ROLE To provide the highest level of PA / Team Assistant support to Head of HR/ Team- Hybrid workingThe role holder will have a high level of professional discretion, tact and integrity due to the frequency of senior level internal and external contacts and regular exposure to confidential data. The role holder will also demonstrate a high level of initiative as they will work both with internal /external stakeholders Must have worked in a similar role recently key skills

Previous PA Executive support to Senior Level and Team
Previous diary, travel, meeting, management, organising agendas and taking minutes of meetings
Experience of managing expenses, raising POs and general admin
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ideally experience of working with HR Team previously
you must be able to commute to close to Rickmansworth /Denham area - Car owner driver
