Please keep an eye out for our emails.JOB OVERVIEWThe school is looking for a highly organised, motivated, enthusiastic, efficient, detail orientated Administration Executive Assistant with project support experience to join their warm and friendly team.This is a new role supporting the Managing Director and the Principal Deputy Head of the school. As the Administration Executive Assistant will have previous experience supporting senior executives, be able to demonstrate high levels of competence in MSoffice packages and be able to work flexibly supporting a wide range of duties and tasks. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to engage with and provide high levels of customer satisfaction to key stakeholders,the senior team, pupils, and families.As the Administration Executive Assistant, this role offers a unique opportunity to work across a broad area of the organisation. You will be required to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Principal Deputy Head and his team.The Managing Director will require project support including planning, tracking, following actions and coordination of activities. You will need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. The role offers variety and pace and, as this isa new position, the postholder will be able to develop and introduce efficiencies and improvements.As the Administration Executive Assistant you will enjoy free membership of the schools sports centre and the opportunity to work remotely during school holidays.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSAs the Administration Executive Assistant you will have the following skills and experience:
