As Senior WFM Business Partner you will be reporting to the Head of Operations and Deployment leading a team of Workforce Business Partners (WFBP) who will support their sectors in the adoption, mobilisation and visualisation of the financial benefits fromthe OurTime System. You will also be responsible for
  • Ensuring that the WFBP have clear objectives and meet their required business site visit KPIs
  • Supporting the new business lead ensuring adequate support is given on all mobilisations
  • Focusing of overpayments driven through WFM misuse or lack of understanding reporting back to the Head of Operations on trends and mitigation action and value
  • Supporting the WFBP in delivering business review support to SLT around WFM
  • Working with the service desk manager to deliver and staff UK&I WFM Clinics
  • Championing the adoption of the OurTime system and use of OurTime Boost
  • Monitoring Lieu levels across the UK and ensure WFBP are managing the business accrual levels
  • Adhoc timesheet review, amend and train
  • Providing sector and UK updates around WFM activity
  • UAT testing for all new upgrades or new functionality within OurTime
  • Supporting the WFBP in the analysis and review of sector trends and issues working with the E15 team as needed.
  • Attending adhoc new functionality training sessions to ensure expected standards are delivered by the WFBPs
  • Supporting the Productivity Manager as needed in the capture of productivity time in motion studies utilising the WFBP as needed
  • Working with the sales teams to ensure full understanding of OurTime cost and benefits are included in all tenders.
  • Completing WFM audit reviews as required and support the UK profit protection teams as needed.
