CNC Programmer/Setter/OperatorRednal, Birmingham£20.00+ Per Hour Depending on experience (Optional Overtime available)We are a family owned and operated manufacturing company, looking for an experienced CNC Programmer Setter to join our team. We provide refurbishment solutions for UK holiday park operators, working with most high-profile UK businesses within this nichesector.The Role of CNC Programmer Setter Operator - Falcon ATC CNC RouterWe are looking for an experienced CNC programmer setter to operate our newly installed Falcon ATC CNC router (Training available). The right candidate will be writing programs at the machine working to engineering drawings to provide high precision one offand small batch work components cut from veneer boards, laminated boards and compact laminate.Duties of CNC Programmer Setter Operator

Program, Set and operate Falcon ATC CNC
Machine to tight tolerances
One off and small batch work
Produce components from various internal decorative veneer and laminate boards
Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
Set up and load materials onto the machine
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements of CNC Programmer Setter

Must have minimum of 3 years experience programming, setting and operating CNC
Proficient with CAD, V Carve or similar
Must have wood based sawing experience within CNC Machining
Previous experience working within a high precision manufacturing environment.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly and finishing tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
