Job Title: Sales ProgressorLocations: Rednal, West MidlandsBasic salary - Up to £25,000 DOEOver Target Earnings - £28,000+Must have experience working as a Sales Progressor for an Estate AgencyMy client is looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their Award-Winning, market leading and multi-branch Estate Agent, who are committed to consistently delivering a high standard of performance, service and advice to all customers.The Sales Progressor will be tenacious, accurate, driven and committed - be an excellent communicator and relationship builder who has an intricate knowledge of the sales progression process.The successful candidate will have a passion to be part of the sales process from the moment the sale has agreed, through to exchange and completion. This is a paramount role which is built on relationships, trust and clear communication.Job role will include: - - Guiding the customer through every step of the after sales process - Liaising with mortgage brokers, surveyors and conveyancers - Updating all parties and managing the process in an efficient manner- Delivering a first-class customer experienceDo you have what it takes- 1-2 years industry experience - Excellent knowledge of the after sales & conveyancing process - Good communicator - Exceptional organisation- The ability to solve problems, with good attention to detail
